Mass. Bar Assoc. Event - 47th Annual Fuchs Labor Law Conference

My name is Mark Preiss, and I am on the Section Council of the Mass. Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section. I wanted to make you aware that the Mass. Bar’s 47th Annual Fuchs Labor Law Conference is set for February 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This year’s conference will only be $25 for MBA members and Non-members, and will be hosted on Zoom. We believe it will be an excellent opportunity for your members to participate in an informative discussion with many current practitioners in Boston’s labor & employment law community. I wanted to ensure you were aware of the event, and if you would be willing, to request that you consider circulating the registration link below for the members of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association to consider.

The conference will highlight a year of significant legal developments and provide a forecast of possible changes under the new administration.

Lauren McFerran, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member, will be our keynote speaker. Other conference highlights include the annual presentation of the Robert Fuchs Labor Law Award, and a plenary session moderated by Boston University School of Law Professor Maria O'Brien titled, "Reading the Tea Leaves: The Changing Landscape in Labor and Employment Law."

Registration is required by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, to participate in this program.

I appreciate any steps you are willing to take to disseminate this information so that your members have the opportunity to learn of this event.
